WEX Esso Card fuel card

PROVISION OF PERSONAL DATA AND PERSONAL INFORMATION TO WEX
The Driver hereby provides Gett with full, irrevocable authority to provide personal data amounting to (without limitation) his name, telephone number, work ID, and any plans (Gold/ Silver/Circuit/Basic) at regular intervals throughout the year in connection with the agreement between Gett and Wex in respect of the provision by Wex of discounted fuel to Gett Drivers. Gett shall not be under any obligation to notify the Driver in respect of the occasions that the Driver’s personal data is provided to Wex pursuant to this clause. Gett will seek assurances from Wex that they will store and process data provided about the Driver pursuant to this clause in a secure and confidential manner and will not use the Driver’s personal data for any purpose other than for which it was provided. However, Gett shall not be liable for any losses suffered by the Driver as a result of Wex (including its employees, contract workers and agents) misusing any data that the Driver provides pursuant to the terms of this consent.”

Terms and Conditions of the Gett up to 5p Pence per Litre Saving Offer. 1. This offer (the up to 5p Pence Offer) applies to all new customers who have their application for a fuel Card approved for Credit by WEX Europe Services (UK) Limited (WEX) when submitted by accessing the WEX landing page through the Gett Member Area (whether the application is completed online or by telephone). 2. The up to 5p Pence Offer applies to transactions of Fuel using a Card within the United Kingdom, and does not apply to any International transactions or purchases of Non-Fuel Products. 3. The saving will be based on up to 5p rebate of the pump price for Esso Synergy fuels only. 4. The up to 5p Pence Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. 5. Once the up to 5p Pence Offer has been terminated by WEX, the Customer will move onto the standard pricing of WEX as at the date of communication and any changes to it thereafter. This will be reflected on all invoices. 6. WEX reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time. Other terms, fees and conditions apply to use of the fuel Card.
