Your ESSO CARD is valuable. So we strive to make sure that you are protected from its misuse and the effects of its loss or theft.
The following is a quick checklist of some of our provisions:
- Personal Identification Numbers protect all international cards and are also available in some countries. Where they are available, you can specify any or all of Fleet, Card and Driver PINs.
- Stolen/lost cards - just fax or call your local ESSO CARD organisation and the card will be cancelled.
- Payment Advice Notes - these summaries of all overseas transactions are delivered in your preferred language and domestic currency and afford extra protection against the difficulties that sometimes arise with 'remote' purchases.
